Our holiday home is located in the Italian region Le Marche near Montalfoglio, 4 km. from San Lorenzo in Campo, where also stores and restaurants are situated.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 (+1) persons.
There is a private swimming pool with a fantastic view over the quit valley.

The house is for rent in June, July and August, and in combination with the last week of august also the first week of september.

We wish you a pleasant stay in our house and our Dutch trustee will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Classification:

Ground level:

• Entrance with a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and the open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, cooking plate, oven and a coffee machine.
  
• From the kitchen you can enter the covered terrace.
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and a washing machine.
• A 2-person bedroom with view over the swimmingpool.
  
• Beside the bedroom you can go through the double door to a second terrace.
• A garden where you can choose to sit in the sun or in the shade.
  Garden furniture, parasol and sun beds are available.

First level:

• Two 2-person bedrooms.
• An extra folding bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms.
• Bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and a washbasin.
