Prices 2010

Paying conditions:

• Prices are based on 7 nights
  (from sunday till sunday).
• Down payment of 50% within 2 weeks after reservation.
• Rest of the payment, security and cleaning costs (see below) at the latest 2 weeks before arrival.
• In case of annulation there will not be an restitution of money already paid.
• Security: € 200,00. Returning of the security by the owner directly after control and approval of the trustee.
• Cleaning costs: € 60,00.
• An option for a desired period is possible for one week.

Included in the price:

• Bed, bath- en kitchenlinen, change once a week.
  
• Use of the washing machine.

Not included in the price:

• You can rent an playpen for € 15,00 a week.
• Cleaning of the barbeque (you have to clean it before you leave).
  

Other conditions:

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• Arrival time between 16.00 and 20.00 hours,
  other arrival times after consultation with the trustee.
• Departure time before 10.00 hours.
